wonder lake retired couple (58 / 62) has furnished (queen size bed, dresser, armoire and 2 nightstands) bedroom for rent. prefer female 45-65yrs. prefer one year commitment but will consider other time lengths. rent includes furnished bedroom, private bath, furnished semi private family room (which has a fireplace, sofa, love seat, chair, coffee table, side tables), laundry, kitchen privileges and utilities ( gas, water, electric, cable, wi-fi). the room is in the lower level (8 steps) of a split level house, it is carpeted in the family room and bedroom. there is a fenced back yard and deck to enjoy. parking is on one side of the driveway. we are in a fairly quiet and friendly neighborhood. we have 2 shih tzu dogs, they do not go downstairs and are very friendly.
