room is currently furnished and is available for rent immediately. has a nice kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, a huge yard, laminate wood in living room, and a soon-to-be man cave. the monthly is a flat rate, along with the electricity, water, and internet. also, you would have full access to the washer and dryer. 1st month deposit required. currently, there is no cable.

there could be a reduction in rent for somebody able to clean up about once a week.

i am a professional man (straight) working in the area and looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, quiet, and can pay the rent on time. no addiction and big life drama. no pets and no indoor smoking.
