i am a young professional (female) in my 20s looking for a roommate (male or female) in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. i currently have one female and one male roommate but the male will be moving out at the end of april so the room will be available starting may1.

the townhouse has maple flooring with crown molding. living room with soaring ceiling and wood burning fireplace. fenced backyard located on brick street within walking distance of park avenue. two-car garage with separate parking pad as well as active alarm system. completely repainted and new patio outback. cable and internet included!
