a little about me and what i am looking for in a roommate:you must have a genuine desire to love the world. i am a teacher, life coach, aspiring yogi and spiritual teacher, and i stand for the things of peace, love, and tranquility. please only inquire if you fully embrace the aforementioned ideals.
the home:
a new construction townhouse: 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. there are 2 master bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and private baths. these are the rooms i am looking to rent. i will be staying in one of the other two bedrooms. this house will finish construction in march 2016. all utilities will be included in your rent (electric and water and wireless internet).
(i will be taking pictures of the property throughout the construction process and can share photos as they come available.)
the surroundings:
your rent also includes access to an amazing pool and gym that are located in the community. disney is a stone's throw away. and in the latter part of 2016 there will be a luxury movie theater and retail shops within a five minute drive. this is certainly an up and coming neighborhood.
the bedrooms:
the downstairs master is the "true" master and will include a garage parking space at 800/month. the second master bedroom is upstairs and it will be 750/month and will have street parking.
