my boyfriend and i have a furnished bedroom for rent. furnished means you have a twin bed with new sheets, new bedspread, and new pillow, a desk with a chair, a full-length mirror, a lamp, and a dresser. the room is newly painted; i painted it myself. the renter will have access to a new washer and dryer, a semi-private bathroom (i will be using the bathtub since it is the only one in the house), two shelves in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. there is wireless cable internet but no cable tv. there is air condition in the whole house. the house is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. $400 a month.i have a cat and two dogs. they are friendly and will not bother you. my cell is 336.757.6112. the room is available for a viewing, you just need to set up a time and date to see it. payment terms can be discussed. if you have any questions, just give me a call. we are 12 minutes/4.9 miles driving away from the w.f.u. campus and 21 minutes/9.9 miles driving time away from forsyth technical community college. photos available upon request.
