a little about us: my husband and i are looking for a roomie!; i work at a dental office and my husband is a marine corps recruiter at hanes mall. hubby's younger brother is living with us while he gets ready to join the military. we have no children, two cats, and a pit bull who is a year and a half old (she loves everyone!) we're quiet "homebody" type people. and i'm a little obsessed with crossfit (fair warning!)about the house and room: house is in a new construction neighborhood 10 minutes from hanes mall, and about 12 minutes to both hospitals. house is on the edge of a cul-de-sac - it's very quiet! the room provided is upstairs, fully furnished, spacious, and has a sizeable closet; roommate will be sharing the hallway bathroom with younger brother (the other being in the master suite upstairs). (the half bathroom on the lower level will be for guest use). oh, we also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer - of course just use your own soap.
who we're looking for: we prefer a student or professional, and somebody who likes to cook is a plus ;). utilities are included in the price of the rent, but groceries are not. we have internet, but no cable (roommate is welcome to add cable service at their own expense). roommate must be a non-smoker, and have no pets or children that will be living with them. further details can be discussed upon meeting.
*we will be moving next august, so roommate will need to be moved out by june 30, 2017. we will be replacing the carpet spring 2017, so roommate will need to be flexible for the installation process.
