my name's justin and my friend paul & i are looking to rent an 11' x 10' bedroom in the 1900 sq. ft. house we are renting in. it has its own private bathroom as well. the rest of the house comes fully furnished courtesy of the family we're renting from, but the bedroom is all you. there's also a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and backyard for your convenience. we have a two-car driveway, and there is ample street parking as well, so your car will have a place of its own too. the whole package comes to $650 + utilities, which average ~$125-$150 a month for water, gas, electricity, internet, & gardener. there is also a $500 security deposit which you'll get back at the end of your lease. we're located off of roscoe & mason in a house off the main street, so no sounds of cars driving by at all hours.

as for us, we're both gentlemen in our mid 20's and we both work full time. we graduated from the local university and found our way to this house by a friend of ours that later moved out. we keep odd hours due to the nature of our jobs, so it is difficult to reach us by phone. we also don't have pets or any children, so there's no dander or toys left laying about. he's a wrestling fan who likes to kick back with a beer, while i prefer shows lie avatar, scandal, archer, or e-sports on youtube when not out and about. there is a tv in the living room with basic cable, but since we have our own in our rooms, we don't watch anything together. we generally just miss each other due to our schedules, so if you're looking to spend a lot of time bonding and hanging out, you may be disappointed. if you're all for having a space of your own, & occasionally seeing your fellow cohabitants, send me a message and we'll see if living together may work out for you. and to prove that you read through all this, answer this in your email if you want to be considered:
