-furnished room in our basement
-bed, couch, cable television, dvd player, computer with internet service in the room
-shared kitchen and bathrooms
-washer and dryer in home
-heat, hot water, wifi, electric, and parking included
-females only (since we have a daughter)
-within 20 minutes of enfield, manchester, hartford, and springfield
-renter agrees to pay for a background check
