hi,

looking for someone to replace me at my current apartment in wilmington, just a few minutes from the uncw campus. i am leaving because of some health related issues arising in one of my family relatives back home in asheville, nc.

i am looking for someone who's personality would be fitting for my 2 other roommates who are longtime friends of mine.
whomever would be moving in, would get access to private room and bathroom/bath. this place is quite nice and i will send pictures upon request(aside from the ones i already listed).

we are asking for a male, aged 18-23. these guys want someone who is okay with partying but they also attend school on the weekdays so not all the time!!

another requirement: whoever is to move in must meet the credit background check and annual income qualification in order to move in, meaning that this person must maintain a certain taxable income on a yearly basis or must have someone able to cosign.
