i am a 24 year old white female who is in law enforcement. looking for a responsible, clean and drug free roommate to come and live in my 3br townhome located in union park gardens. the house is clean with a nicely landscaped backyard and ample street parking as well as my driveway. ideally i am looking for someone who will not only be my roommate but also a friend that i can hang out with on my time off. i am not a big drinker or party person but i do like to go out and have fun. i mainly enjoy outdoorsy activities and love to work out and eat healthy. i have one pet my 4 month old german shepherd puppy who is very well behaved. i prefer no pets but it is not a deal breaker for the right person. i am asking $600.00 a month and half of utilities which we will split 50/50. i am not looking to rent monthly and my last roommate left me high and dry so i am looking for a 1yr commitment. if you know the you can pay the above amount and are looking for a fun, clean house to live in please don't hesitate to contact me for more pictures or any questions.
