i am leasing a room in my 3 bedroom home located in wilmette. i am located right off of 94 at lake ave. the house is in a very safe neighborhood and you will be parking in a driveway (the garage will be available by the summer).

here are the details:
- room is 11' x 12' facing east
- cable (comcast) is included in the rent
- electricity is included in the rent
- gas is included in the rent
- water/sewer is included in the rent
- plowing is included in the rent
- there is a really cute back yard where i garden in the summer. you can garden with me if you wish!
- you will have to share a bathroom for the first few months but the second bathroom should be ready soon and then you will have your own bathroom
- i am a clean (but not neat-freak) professional woman and i'm looking for the same. i want an easy-going roommate who doesn't party hard, but i don't mind friends and family coming over.
- the room is ready to move into right now and the lease is for a year, with the possibility to renew
