i have room for rent off of 11th and oliver about 7-8 minutes away from wsu campus. the room is in a four bedroom two bath home two floors attached garage. $500.00 per month with all bills paid is rent. first and last months rent due when you move in, i also require a $100.00 refundable deposit for your garage door opener and house keys that you will get back when you move out and return them. if you move in before or on friday, september 1, 2017, 850.00 + your $100.00 key deposit moves you in and your keys in hand. it is a beautiful place to live, and i am not a micro-manager type either as long as your rent on time and you respect your housemates and don't cost me extra money out of my pocket, we won't have any issues and living here will be stress and drama free. we are very clean and respect each other's space and privacy. we believe that a wsu grad student or someone who works 2nd or 3rd shift would be the best fit only because then we would each have times at home completely alone. i occupy the lower level and have my bathroom. i also provide a weekly wash and fold laundry service for roommates. if you prefer to do your laundry, there is a nice one up the street. contact me anytime if you would like to see the place. i am available to show the place seven days a week, and i will answer all inquiries with in an hour or 2.https://youtu.be/rmf0uwk86-o
