house share in a large 3 bedroom fully renovated house located in the rosedale section of white plains. the house is on a very quiet street. it is close to everything: downtown, highways, and shopping are all 5 minutes away. saxon woods park and pool are less than a mile away!the share is for 1 bedroom with a private hall bath. the room is 12x14 and has recessed halogen lighting, new hardwood floors, a large closet and nice windows. renter will have access to gourmet kitchen, laundry, home gym and deck/ patio! free off street parking for 1 car. house is fully renovated with all stainless kitchen and granite counters, family room with fireplace, central ac.
i will require a credit and background check. i am a professional executive working from 9-5, i am looking for somebody that is responsible and pays rent on time . this would be a perfect opportunity for a busy executive/professional or a grad student. i will be the only other person sharing the house.
it is available september 1st but an earlier move in date could be negotiated (earliest would be august 1st)
the rent is $1200.00 a month plus fixed utilities of $110 per month (1/3 of average monthly utilities, includes heat, hot water, electricity and internet/cable)
in order to secure the room i would ask for one month security deposit and the first month rent. i would do a month to month lease for the first 6 month and then provide the possibility for a 1 year lease.
if you need more space i will rent my second bedroom to be used as an office or living room for a total of $1500.00 a month plus the utilities...
