i am actually offering two basement rooms - one at 675 which is the smaller room and one at 775 which is the biggest room in the entire house! these basement rooms share a bathroom. ideally i would like to have two friends looking to live together or a couple to rent out both rooms for a discounted rate of 1400/month.utilities included except electric (split evenly).
i have one dog and one cat, both friendly. my boyfriend (who also lives here) and i are both in our twenties, he works full time and i go to school and am working. we are 4/20 friendly but only in the garage or outside. we are looking for a couple of roommates that will create relaxed and drama free living:) pets welcome (one per renter or two total... possibly more depending on size).
