hello! my name is nikki, i currently live in a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath garden-level condo and i'm looking for roommate(s) for a may 1st move-in.it's a shared garden-level furnished townhome near i-25 and 120th avenue; space for one or two adults.
* seeking quiet, stable, responsible roommate(s)
* the space: 13 x 11 private bedroom, semi-furnished - currently has a bed and tv and can be removed, light, spacious closet, shared bathroom in the hallway and access to wi-fi and cable.
* shared entry, living room, kitchen, eating area, laundry and patio.
* nice, quiet neighborhood. access to community pool, tennis courts, open space, walk and bikeways
* outside smoking only, no illicit drugs, no 420, no couples
* must have a job
* must like dogs (1 in house).

the best fit here would be a responsible, mature adult that would has a job and/or a student with a job who is not allergic to dog(s) and someone that is clean and tidy and not afraid to chip in and help when needed.
