i own a small single family house in s. westchester county, ny. i live alone and i am interested in finding a woman not younger than 50 unless you have a good reason nor older than 65 unless you look younger with whom to share the house. i'm swm, 60, but i look younger than my age.

i am not interested in income. what i am interested in is someone to talk to, hang out with, in other words someone willing to make a serious effort at a relationship.

i suggest meeting several times first, seeing the house and even possibly considering a temporary move.

besides a somewhat unconventional personality, as a practical matter, it may be best if you don't have a lot of property. this would make moving easier.

there is a guest bedroom. so you would virtually have your own space but the idea is to share our lives not to live separate ones.

i am looking for a long term arrangement, but if you are only looking for temporary housing or have some other requirements, let me know and we can talk about it.

if anyone is interested who fits the above requirements, let me know. there is no rent or any other costs to you, but i am limited in what i can provide beyond lodging.

note: there iis no fixed move in date. also, i have 2 cats. i didn't want to say no pets, but if you have pets, we would have to discuss it.
