i'm a 31 year old working professional, i am very friendly and get along with most people. i keep a very clean house (so don't be messy) and i am looking for one male or female roommate who is willing to share in upkeep of the common areas such as kitchen and bathroom, etc.
must be responible and clean, be considerate of quiet hours between 10pm-6am mon-fri, no drama, no smoking (can smoke in sunroom), no pets and no drugs in the house! rent includes all utilities: electric, gas, water, sewer, and verizon fios/wireless internet/cable
