this is available at sommerset village. rent deal is $659 for the two bedroom apartment. we will pay you $300 when you ask to rent apartment #1230 so we can get out of our contract. my husband rented this before he talked to me (he was working out of town). it is not big enough to put our house stuff in and our two dogs, so we found something else. it is vacant. we can negotiate a discount also for aug. and sept. rent if you call us at 435-867-5279. it is nice with newer carpet on a ground floor unit with a balconey facing a grassy area and large tree. there is a dog park and laundry facilities but we found something a little bigger and more suitable for us...it is in west valley on 3900 south and redwood road. we need to hear from someone asap as we are moving from cedar city to millcreek on aug. 5. (right now we have a mortgage and two apartments!)
