i live in a 1200sqf house in west seneca and am looking to rent out one of 3 bedrooms. the house is just too big for one person.

both bedrooms are a decent size and both have the ability to be hooked up to high speed internet and cable if desired. both also have their own closet. if necessary i do have a spare queen sized bed that i am willing to leave in which ever room is chosen. you would be free to decorate the room as you pleased as long as there was no destruction. i currently have a nice living room setup for myself however, my dining room is completely empty and i am willing to allow my roommate to take over that space with whatever they like. this is more than just a room i am renting out as this house is just too big for me. for a little extra i may even be willing to move all of my belongings to the first floor and allow my roommate to occupy the two upstairs bedrooms. that way we would be able to have our own living spaces with a shared bathroom and kitchen.i am asking $400 plus utilities (50/50) which normally run fairly low around here. the neighbourhood is quiet and close to tops, save alot, the i-90 etc. it takes me about 5 minutes to get dt in the mornings. i do have a washer and dryer in the basement. on street parking will be available.

about me: i am a 24 year old female professional/student. i am a very outgoing yet quiet person. i like to keep a clean and calm house. this means that whilst i love having company over there is a limit. i don't mind having a party every once in awhile but expect to be notified. as long as we can respect each other we will do just great. i'm not interested in anyone who is going to bring any drama around. i am very easy to get along with and am hoping i can also make a great friend out of this experience. i have an awesome dog who loves everyone and is very well trained. i also have a cat who is also very affectionate. if you are interested in bringing your furry friend along that is something we can discuss.
