i am a senior, male, 75 with a 3200 sq ft home that makes it ez to aaccomadate a proper room mate. i have a 8 yr old very docilie collie an 2 cats and also i am licensed omml. my “room” is apprx 1000 sq ft plus a small side bedroom with shower. the is a finished basement walkout to back yard (amall), affording a totally private access if one wishes. my kitchen is modern with a large new fridge, black marble counter tops and dining nook. i live in the “3rd floor” level of this home. there can be use of covered parking if needed. we are but 2 minutes drive down hill to the edgewaters safeway center and a mere 5 minutes down to wallace center area. i currently have full service dish hopper service and centurylink 40 gig service. we can discuss a fair arrangement if you want tv and/or internet.
