two early-20s women with a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with dining room, enormous deck (seriously it's ridiculous), living room, kitchen, dishwasher, free washer/dryer in the basement, parking space for additional cost (street parking is always an option and what we've always done, but can be difficult after 6pm) on the 2nd floor two blocks from boulevard east in west new york available june 1st. 15 minute drive to midtown through the lincoln tunnel. bus to and from port authority in midtown is $3.00 and takes 20 minutes. from port authority, you can use mta to get anywhere you need to go in and around the city.we are looking for a non-smoker female to share the space with. we ask that you have a steady job, pay rent on time, are clean and respectful. if you think you might be interested, please email me at your soonest convenience, i can give you more details or answer any questions, and we can figure out if we should schedule a time to meet and show you around the apartment.
*rent is $550 before utilities and there is a $935 security deposit (1/3 of 1.5 months rent for the entire apartment... the room available right now is pretty tiny so it costs less monthly than the others). we do not pay for water/hot water, however we do pay our own heat, gas, and electric.
*4 month commitment, possibly with option to stay for a full year beginning in october
*there is one dog in the apartment
*no smoking in the apartment
