large 5 bedroom/2 bath house in west linn, looking for a roommate to share. i would like to rent the three rooms upstiars as a suite of rooms and there is also a landing up there with room for a futon and built in space for a tv. you would have full use of the rest of the house described below. the overal square footage of the houise is 2600+ and a total guess on the sq ftge for upstairs is about 700...

rent is $1,000 including all utilities. (they run about $400 a month for the house)

the house is just off hwy 43 and i205. fenced yard, washer and dryer, big kitchen, lots of windows, gas fireplace, hardwood and carpet. available now! i am signed a 6 month lease and you would sublet from me.

pics below were taken 1/31 - i had just moved in so it was still a mess of boxes and unpacking! lots of progress has been made! the pic of the bedrooms is taken from a landing/upstairs living area where there is a built in cabinet for storage and a great place to put a tv. its hard to get a good angle of the rooms...

its a great house with lots of indoor living space, front and back yards and even a garage that would be a cool project/shop area!

pet friendly! i have a 3 year old small german shepard mix that would love a friend!

im a 32 year old professional female that loves sports and people/entertaining, my dog, and keeping busy! a balance of both fun/entertainment and peace and quiet int he house..

looking for minimal drama, likes to clean, employed professionals with regular business hours & good social skills. preferrably male but most importantly want to find the right roommates that like to have fun, can be respectful of others and communicate well. cigarettes outside are ok. i dont smoke but im not bothered by it.

i am hopeful this will actually produce a good roommate situation!!
