couple wishes to rent out a floor of our home to a quiet, clean, renter. we are seeking someone who is a good fit for our home. the renter will have a private bedroom (about 180 sq ft) and bathroom. there is also a separate new kitchen and living space(around 600 sq ft!) which we do not use. renter will share our front entrance and laundry.

no smoking, or drugs. no pets. we pay internet and water/sewer/garbage, you pay gas and electric. use of space in the storage area can be negotiated for an additional fee. parking will be on the street, but it is a very nice, safe neighborhood. it is close to hwy 43 and the neighborhood has mountain views (mt hood and mt st helens). we love our home and hope you will love it too!

we are looking for at least a 6 month lease. $30 background/credit check. first month’s rent and $750 deposit.
