campus suites on the lake - 1 room available in a 3bdr/3 bath apartment north of campus. located off of highway 52, there is a bus to campus as well as in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, high speed wireless internet, gym and pool access.

i found a job that requires me to move away, so i'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (until august). rent is $435/mo + electric, which averages between $30-$40/mo. i live with my girlfriend and friend, who are both quiet and easy to get along with. we do have 2 cats and a dog in the apartment so please be pet friendly. you're welcome to bring in your own pet as long as they're not too large or rambunctious.
