hello!

we are ashley and david--a busy, friendly, drama-free, happy, fun, creative and respectful couple in our mid/late 20s -- in search of a roommate to share our new, gorgeous apartment in miracle mile!

about the apartment:
-you will have a large, private bedroom with a huge mirrored closet, lots of natural light and a view of trees (my favorite part)
-your own private bathroom
-the building has a gym and sauna, steps away from our door
-a rooftop deck with 360 views of the city, lounges and a jacuzzi
-hardwood floors, fireplace, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, balcony, central air, permit (easy) street parking, laundry
-short walk to the grove, pan pacific park, lacma, the tar pits, the peterson automotive museum, the el rey theatre, and tons of restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc.
-$1200, utilities included

about us:
-ashley is an la native, david has been in la for about 7 years
-we're outgoing, friendly and down to earth
-we both work outside of the home and have recently returned to college as well (currently studying at smc)
-we are both musicians and enjoy working on our own projects (with headphones--don't be afraid) as well as freelancing for others on occasion
-we love to hike, cook, see movies, go out to eat, play with our pup, anything outdoors...
-we have the cutest dog in the world and the sweetest kitty (see pics). they are extremely friendly, trained, and well-socialized
-we are 100% drug free. david is sober and ashley drinks socially/occasionally
-we would like to have a friendly relationship with our roommate; we also understand and value the need for privacy
-we tend to keep to ourselves and do our own thing when we are home
-we value clear, honest communication and mutual respect above all else
-a clean home is extremely important to us -- we keep the common areas clean and tidy
-we're not into tv and don't miss having one at all. we netflix on the laptop, though :)
