we are seeking a clean, non-smoking professional to rent a spacious bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment located at the corner of sunset blvd and san vicente blvd in the heart of west hollywood. walking distance to nightlife, whiskey-a-go-go, viper room, boys town, pavilions, coffee bean and lots of great restaurants.the rent includes: full private bathroom, free secured underground parking space, free wi-fi & direct-tv, in-room air conditioner, on-site laundry and utilities (gas, electric).
additional notes: we are seeking a minimum six month lease but are open to other options, we also have cats so please do not apply if you are allergic. rent is $900.00 and a full month security deposit is required. (there is also a larger, master bedroom with walk-in private bathroom available for $1250.00 per month if interested).
