bus stops 50 yards from our front door!

you can catch 24 hr bus service just a few blocks from our place – about a
5 minute walk from home. bus service is reliable and there are also ferries if
you're looking for a more relaxing and peaceful journey into nyc. and don't
forget about the path train in hoboken (7 min drive, 25-35 minute walk)

location

quiet and safe residential area with many grocery stores, restaurants and convenient stores close by.

mostly families in similar apartment buildings surrounding large, picturesque reservoir – very peaceful!!

exclusive rooftop access – can see empire state bldg and entire
skyline in every direction!

street parking available - with actual perpendicular spaces
there is also a private spot, steps from our bldg, available to rent ($150/mo)

the rent:

$900.00 a month for a fully furnished bedroom (including your choice
of twin, full, or queen bed). also includes all utilities (gas, power,
water, sewer, wireless internet, cable, and land line with unlimited
calling to the u.s., puerto rico and canada) as well as parking right
across the street and use of fully furnished and equipped
living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and roof access with amazing
views of nyc. $1800 to move in (1st month, plus security.)

the people:

we are currently 3 awesome housemates in our late 20's/early 30's: a
med student/almost md, an opera singer, and an intern from germany (2
males, 1 female). because of our fantastic apartment layout (separate
toilet and shower room), we rarely get in each others way. we like to keep things extra clean and enjoy helping one another out when life gets stressful.
