hi all,

currently renting out 2nd bedroom of townhouse condo end unit. large room with very spacious closet (can easily fit king size bed plus furniture). rest of home is fully furnished, clean and beautiful. unit is located in the highly desirable west end of waterbury on quiet oronoke road. unit has 1.5 baths, plenty of storage in partly finished basement boasting an empty room which can be used as home office if desired. appliances include dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer, fridge. utilities are not included but include half of electric and half of wifi (which includes cable),which typically runs around $100 additional per month.

about roommate- 29 yo female, works full time 1st shift and has many other commitments on a daily basis, rarely home. is very neat and desires all common areas/bathrooms to remain as such. does not use living/dining area except on rare occasions of company, does not drink or smoke, but wouldn't mind outdoor smoking or drinking in the home. pets are negotiable. please send me a message to view the home/room and meet with me to see if we are a living match! open to both male and female- have has both genders as roommate previously :)
