looking for a reliable and responsible roommate to share a newly renovated furnished apartment in a great neighborhood. the room is on the 1st floor and just outside of the room is the bathroom and kitchen area with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and sitting area. the bathroom is newly renovated and will be shared by another person. the living room is right off the kitchen and it includes comfortable sitting area and a 40” tv with a fire stick.included in the rent is all utilities and wireless internet.
the apartment is located in waterbury and it is within walking distance of fulton park, shopping, restaurants, a bank, movies, and the metro north high-speed train, a short drive to waterbury downtown area, gas station and brass mill center.
the apartment is walking distance to bus transportation.
plenty street parking available.
the owner resides on the premises and will be seeking another occupant for the available bedroom. preferably seeking a male roommate.
