one bedroom is opening up on the third floor in a friendly 5 person group home located right off of 14th street between logan circle and u street (best location in dc). the room fits any sized bed and has a walk-in closet. you would be sharing the 3rd floor bathroom with one other person. the house is a block away from all the bars and restaurants of 14th street and u. it is also a 5 minute walk from trader joe's and wholefoods.

the roommates are 2 girls and 2 guys, all in their mid twenties. everyone is friends and occasionally goes out together. the house is very quiet on the weekdays and lively on the weekends.

the room will be empty as of this weekend. i am leaving behind a queen size bed if you are interested but if not, it will be disposed off. all the common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) are furnished. there is also a washer/dryer in the basement and a small backyard.

move in could be set for anytime between now and december 1st. the lease is non binding (can leave whenever you want as long as you find a replacement). security deposit is one month's rent.
