room for rent in amazing penthouse loft apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom on u street and 17th.apartment has spiral staircase, a first floor balcony, and a private 275 sq ft roof roof deck accessible by catwalk. large main room has 20 foot ceilings and a custom-built bar. the main room is set up for two separate living room-type areas so both roommates can have their privacy. pretty unique set up.
shared with one roommate, aged 26, and his dog. very laid back, friendly person.
no bills included. rent and bills will be prorated if you want to move in mid-month.
apartment is partially furnished as i took one of the two couches when i moved out.
