our wonderful tenant is leaving us for their own place, and our second bedroom is available for the first time in over a year. we are looking for short term (3-6 months) tenants only at this time, please.about us: we are a couple with a cat. he fixes bikes, organizes races and loves documentaries. she sometimes rides bikes, loves to read, and works in event production. we have most of a big, sunny corner victorian in nedc, just a couple blocks from h st and all the yummy restaurants. there is a bus stop out front, room for your bike inside, and street parking is still possible.
we share a laundry room with the basement apartment, and all utilities are included (heat, a/c, water, high speed internet & cable, water).
