hi all, i'm looking for a roommate to share this 2bed/2bath condo with. all utilities, including full hd cable and high-speed internet, are included in the rent! all 4 units of this condo were fully remodeled in 2007. the kitchen and living room are fully-furnished, complete with a surround-sound entertainment center.

about me: 23 year old male, air force academy graduate currently on assignment to attend graduate school at the university of maryland. i like to work out, play soccer and spend time in the dc area. i am the landlord of the property and am passionate about keeping my condo fully up-to-date with any and all necessary repairs.

condo amenities:
- 4 minute walk from the mt vernon square metro, 24-hour safeway, ace hardware, sweetgreen, chipotle and busboys & poets
- walking distance to the national mall, white house, u street, union station, capitol building, and more
- front and rear outdoor patios, propane bbq, in-unit washer and dryer, split floor-plan providing privacy for both roommates, granite counter tops, jenn-air stainless steel appliances, eat-in dining nook with wine bar and fridge off kitchen
- located on a residential one-way street with an abundance of tree-provided shade

the lease will be 1 year, and the room is available starting on the 1st of august (with some flexibility around that date). unfortunately no pets will be allowed. please shoot me an email if you're interested!
