https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/roo/6225421925.htmlare you looking for a high rise dc apartment starting in september? look no further! i need a a new roommate to fill one room in a modern loft apartment in downtown dc. the building has a year-round rooftop pool and hot tub, a second rooftop with 4 grills and lounge chairs outfitted with tvs, a gym, a ny style pizza joint (wise guys pizza) and sandwich shop and bar (carving room) downstairs. the building also has a 24/7 concierge and is walking distance to 3 metro lines (red, green, yellow) and 2 metro stations, judiciary square (5 min) and chinatown (7 min).

having lived here for 5 years, the place is a steal for the price compared to other apartments even in the same building. we've been grandfathered in to a lower rate, $1420 per person, split evenly. utilities are ~ 100/mo per person for electricity, internet, and heating/cooling.
a little about myself: software engineer, northwestern grad, local dj and producer, avid video gamer. i've been to burning man and all over the world for various music festivals, and throw dance events all over dc.
