i am looking for someone to take over my lease, beginning october 1st.
we are looking for students and young professionals in the city that are interested in living with other interesting and motivated young people. all of the roommates are extremely nice and friendly, however, you will have your own space, as everyone works very hard and is very busy.
this house is in a beautiful neighborhood in friendship heights near the friendship heights metro stop and has a lot of shopping, movie theaters, and places to jog. there are three other roommates in the house, one working professional, and two law students. the landlady is a non-profit professional that lives on the third floor and is very nice.
the lease goes until the end of may 2012 at least, with the option to extend.
