your room has 2 huge walk in closets (perfect for 2 people or 1 person with a lot of stuff), a linen closet, and your own full bath (not shared). there is tons of space to store all of your belongings. your room also has its own individual temperature control. view is of a courtyard from the second floor and there is a balcony in this apt. you will share a flat with three 20 something female professionals who are friendly, respectful, and clean. roommates have busy schedules but enjoy spending time drinking a glass of wine together when schedules permit. the building is a 7 minute walk to the van ness metro, giant, walgreens and cvs, and is in a quiet and safe location. the building also has a 24 hour concierge, gym, and roof deck (awesome for 4th of july fireworks). rent is $1300 which includes all utilities and renters insurance. cable/internet is about $35 per month. parking is available at the building for an additional fee but there is plenty of street parking. sorry, no pets. the building has a one time $35 application fee and $300 lease change fee. looking for a move in date of march 8. no charge for the week of march 8-15! if you have shared space furniture, we can accommodate it and even welcome it (kitchen table especially). we look forward to meeting you!
