hello! i am looking to sublease my master bedroom (with private bathroom) in a beautiful rowhouse in washington dc. i am looking for someone to move in as early as january 1st and looking for lease/commitment of 3 months, 6 months or for the remainder of the actual lease (through november 29th, 2018). i do have 2 male roommates that live in this house as well. the roommates are in their late 20’s and are extremely clean, friendly, respectful, and outgoing. one is a real estate agent and the other is an entrepreneur. both are extremely busy with work during the week and sometimes during the weekend as well. they are open to a male or female roommate.this house is in the heart of bloomingdale and the location is fantastic, walking distance to (listed a few a examples as well):
• restaurants (red hen, bacio pizzeria, aroi)
• bars (showtime and pub & the people)
• caf�’s (big bear caf� and sylvan’s)
• parks
• howard university
• public library
• city bike racks
• green/yellow line metro stop (shaw/howard university station)
