hello! looking for a roommate to share my 2 br/1 ba apartment in northeast dc, near the atlas district. within walking distance to bus routes. an easy bus ride to union station. numerous restaurants/bars and grocery stores within walking distance. rent is $525/month + utilities (which are very inexpensive). landlord pays for water, so tenants are only responsible for power and gas. plenty of street parking is available. the room is currently furnished, but if you have your own furniture i can accommodate that. no pets and non-smokers only, please! photos coming soon!
