i'm a 28/f working professional looking for a similar aged f to fill 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. my roommate has to unexpectedly move out, so the room will be available mid to late march (dates are flexible). the building is located in chevy case, dc and has a doorman and laundry in the basement. there is a parking lot in the back where you can pay a monthly fee for a spot. located 2 blocks from starbucks, restaurants, a bar, cvs, and a safeway. the metro is a 10 minute walk down military and the l2 bus runs right out front.

looking for a laid back, clean roommate -- i like to drink/hang out, but not looking for a partier or smoker. the apartment is large, so there is room for furniture/a couch. send me an email that includes a little about yourself and we can set up a time for you to see the place.
