it's a fairly large loft bedroom. you can easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk, couch and tv. you also have a fairly large closet as well. the house is located about a mile and a half from the ucm campus.all utilities would be included in the 275 price. as well as internet and use of our laundry units.
we don't allow drugs or alcohol in the house, but if you do those things outside the house you're more than welcome. smoking is included in that. we will allow one small pet as long as it isn't a cat. i am extremely allergic and your baby could kill me. we do already have two dogs so we ask that your pet is good with dogs and you are responsible for your pet. (no aggressive breeds of dogs)
you would be sharing the main floor with my husband and i. on the main floor the living room, bathroom, and kitchen is located. you will have your own kitchen and bathroom space. you would have a place to park your car as well.
