i have a spare small bedroom in my two bedroom condo, and looking for a quiet female roommate. i have two small lovable dogs, so the roommate must be okay with that. since i can't have any more animals in the condo, no pets please.

rent is $500/month, inc. utilities, and $500 deposit upfront is required. basic cable and high speed wi-fi internet is also included. month-to-month rent is okay.

the condo has one and a half bathroom, so unfortunately bath/shower will have to be shared.

condo is located within a walking distance of safeway and other shops.
