hello,
i am 28 year old first time home buyer. i do not enjoy living alone and would love to find a roommate. i am a full time special education teacher while getting my phd at night. i am very busy however do enjoy relaxing, having fun and exercising. if you have any questions please feel free to ask. the rent is negotiable based on preference (ie: 500/month + all utilities (cable, internet, electric) or 600/month + just electric (everything else included etc...) my last roommate (who is moving in with her fiance) paid 600 + electric and we found that to be the easiest and most affordable way.
