looking for a female roommate to share a beautiful and well maintained 2 bedroom downstairs unit condo. located in saddlewood condos, you are near red mill shopping, ocean lakes elementary school, and literally steps from dam neck base.enjoy your own bedroom and bathroom (opposite end of the condo from owner’s bedroom). shared access to the washer/dryer, kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, microwave, stove, etc.), living room.
looking for non-smoker with no kids and no pets. (please note that owner has 2 indoor cats). roommate would have unlimited access to the 3 pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds in the ocean lakes neighborhood.
in the pictures, the bed and bookcase are staying. for the closet, you would be able to put items in the front of the closet (the back of the closet where the wall is has items in it). the bedroom has cox cable hookup and internet access.
$100 deposit required. rent is $600 a month, cash only and money due the 1st day of each month.
