i am a professional horsewoman looking for another renter in my house. currently, there is one woman renting with me. i have a finished basement with full bath for rent and there are also three bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. rooms are furnished but you may provide your own furniture if you wish.

the house is a brick-faced, two-story, modern home with a fenced-in backyard. large kitchen, laundry room, private entrance and patio for basement, wifi and cable tv, gas fireplace, carpet and hardwood flooring, and a lot of storage space.

located in a safe neighborhood with close access to falling springs park and recreation center, bluegrass parkway, lexington airport, keeneland racetrack, and downtown versailles.

i am looking for a male or female renter of any age. i prefer no smoking in the house, and no disruptive partying. pets and children will be considered on an individual basis since there is already one cat and one (quiet) dog in the house. i am a pretty flexible and social person and easy to get along with, as is the young woman living here.
