housemate wanted for condo. great gorge village in vernon, nj ski on/ski off location at mountain creek. $650 includes all utilities, furnished, dvr, satelite tv, wireless internet, washer/dryer, central air, deck & mountain views. the bedroom space available is a large open loft space with spiral staircase, partially furnished with couch, desk and bookcase (can be removed if you would rather not use them). you would only need to bring your dresser and bed! shared kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and deck.
3-6 month verbal agreement
first month and security (security can be broken into 2 payments if needed)
available april 23rd
i am 28yrs old, have 2 cats, do not smoke or party.
