ground level condo in very nice area, near the center of vernon hills. a few blocks from the mall, shopping, corporate parks. a block away from the bear lakes which has a great running path.

room is 11x13 and your own private bathroom with tub/shower in hall. washer/dryer in unit. rest of condo is furnished. plenty of empty kitchen cabinets.

i'm a 36yr old male; i have no pets; don't smoke; not many visitors; work 9-5 and in bed normal hours. basically a pretty quiet place.

looking for 1-6 months renter. might move myself at a future date and rent the entire unit.

$600 flat cost, utilities included in price. i have u-verse and you are welcome to share internet and the living room tv (wide screen). it has a 4 record dvr to solve any tv conflicts. there is a parking lot with good parking and a bit of storage space in the garage that i can share.

no smoking inside but ok outside. prefer no pets.
