roommate wanted. the apartment is located only a few minutes walking distance from ventura college and is a mile away from the pacific view mall. the room itself is 12' x 14' and has its own bathroom and walk in closet. this is a two bedroom apartment and will be shared with the poster of this listing. the apartment as a whole is 1240 sq ft. and has a balcony as well as a pool and club facilities. this is a gated community and has a policy of no pets. current tenant will be moving out by no later than november 1st and a new tenant must be in place at least by this time. the potential new tenant must be currently employed, have no drug habits (smoking and drinking will be considered if done in moderation) and be generally accepting of a roommate. all utilities are paid for with the exception of electricity and internet; however, while cable/satellite is not currently installed it can be put under consideration if so desired. please contact me via the email provided with a description of who you are and what makes you a good candidate for being a tenant. if you are considered i will contact you with further details regarding location and i will also respond to any questions you might have.
