this is a nice cozy bedroom with a shared bathroom with another roommate just outside your door. the bathroom is kept exceptionally neat and the other roommates are two girls and one of their husbands that live in their own master bedroom. the house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. the home is kept very tidy and the other roommates are all friends (they are my best friends i am leaving for my career and really nice and beautiful people in the inside and out)! the house is right off mill plain by the kohls/ulta complex and about 2 miles from the fisher's landing transit center. the utilities for this bedroom range around $110 a month so your grand total for rent would be around $510 (but rent is paid on the 5th of the month and utilities is paid later). for any and all questions please feel free to message!
