i have a nice apartment to share; it has a unique floor plan (1155 sq ft., bedrooms are separated by living room) and my roommate would get the master bedroom, private bath and huge walk-in closet. utilities that are included: electric, gas (for stove & dryer), w/s/g, cable with 3 hbo channels and wifi. for $30.00 more, you can get 1 space in the gated parking garage. only need 1st month's rent and $100 cleaning deposit. good references needed for landlord.
