i own a beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome/condo in se vancouver, wa. i am looking to rent out my extra bedroom to a responsible and clean man or woman.

the bedroom is freshly painted with a great accent wall, and is almost 120 sq. ft., with a large closet. you have your own, private, hallway bathroom, and can share in all the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room). rent of $650 includes parking outside, use of the washer/dryer, and the wifi/water/sewage/trash/recycling. you would split the clark public utility and nw natural bill (very affordable).
must be a non-smoker/drug user, no pets, and can pay your rent on time (the 1st through the 5th). would start out on a month to month lease, and if things are going well, i would be happy to have you sign a 6 month or longer lease. i require a $500 security deposit, and $50 for a background check with a screening company.
